1. Order Processing Timeline

  • Standard Stock Items: Orders for our ready-to-ship collections, including clothes patches, embroidered necklines, jewellery, and lifestyle products, are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Custom Designs / Bulk Orders: If you are ordering tailored custom embroidered patches or wholesale bundles, processing times may vary. We will communicate the specific timeline to you via WhatsApp or email upon order confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines & Fees

We offer reliable, trackable nationwide delivery using trusted high-efficiency courier partners.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Minimum Order Value: Please note that the minimum order amount for checkout on our website is Rs. 1,000.
  • Shipping Charges: A standard flat shipping fee is applied at checkout for orders under the threshold.
  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,000 across Pakistan.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation message containing a unique tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Your Order page or directly on the courier partner’s portal to view real-time updates on your shipment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Security

For your convenience and secure shopping experience, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, alongside integrated secure online payment gateways for credit/debit cards.

Please note: For high-value orders or custom bulk manufacturing, our team may reach out to request a partial advance payment before processing.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

  • Incorrect Address: We ask that you double-check your shipping address and active phone number at checkout. Brands360 cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • Missed Deliveries: Our courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts. If a delivery fails because the customer is unreachable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Redelivery may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package looks visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take a photo immediately, refuse the parcel, and contact us right away.
